After clearing the backyard concrete slab of the table and chairs,
Bucks took up a respite. Spying him through the kitchen window, I thought he deserved a snap.
But as I shot, suddenly I noticed the PAINTED BUNTING Bird arrived on the feeder –
and with a window between us, I could shoot as fast as my camera allowed.
There is a pair of these PAINTED BUNTINGS in our area.
The most colorful male has been with us for a month, slipping into the feeder when the other birds had finished,
But never when I had a camera near.
Gorgeous Creatures. Lucky Shots.
Glad I followed the whisper to shoot Bucks on his cement block repose.

Departing Moon Shots from our Neighbors Deck.
I must say I love a sunrise view …. because it also includes the moon rise.
